Shipping Policy

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The turn around time from Order Placement to Delivery is 8-10 weeks, which includes Order Preparation, Strict Quality Assurance, Packaging and Shipping by Sea to USA & By Ground Freight to your resident.


Though the time seems long, we deliver much sooner than the standard duration in the solid wood furniture industry, where the lead times are in excess of 16 weeks! Your satisfaction is our goal and we assure you that, just like hundreds of our customers, you will find the wait to be well worth it!!

Returns Policy

We've simplified our return policy to make it easier for you. Please contact our customer service department by filling out the Contact Us form in your Customer Portal or calling 1-866-864-8488 (Option 2) Sierra Living Concepts. 

You will then receive a support ticket with a Return Authorization Number.

Please include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) with your returned item(s).

Kindly return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of goods and please ensure that returned items arrive in the same condition as when they left the warehouse.

Shipping charges and/or return shipping charges are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
